Grading System

The grades shall be computed in this manner:

 Recitation/Quizzes/Class Standing ——— 40%

Midterm Examination ——————————- 30%

Final Examination ————————————- 30%

Total ———————————————————- 100%

  1. The computerized grading sheet shall be filled in by the professors using the percentile ranking as follows:

  • 75% to 100% – passing mark;
  • 74 and below – automatic failing mark of 60%

  1. The grades shall be entered in ink and in the handwriting of the professor the following symbols shall likewise be used:

  • “NA” – No Attendance (the student did not attend any session of the subject)
  • ‘INC” – Incomplete (the student lacks certain requirements such as midterm or final examination or term papers)
  • “DO” – Dropped Officially
