Any student who is caught cheating or copying from books, notes, or from another’s work; or who, by any other means, receives aid from another shall be reported by the professor to the Dean. Corrected examination booklets must be returned to the students within fifteen days from the date of the examination. Grade sheets shall likewise be submitted to the Dean’s Office within the same period from the last day of the final examination. Professors who fail to comply with this provision shall not be given any teaching load for the succeeding semester.
INCOMPLETE GRADES
Students who lack periodic grades because of their failure to take periodic examinations for justifiable reasons shall be marked “Incomplete” provided they pass either the midterm or final examination taken.
Completion of Incomplete grades must be done within a non-extendable period of one (1) year counted from the date of final examination of the subject; otherwise, a failing grade shall be given.
