ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS
No applicants shall be enrolled in the Law Course unless he complies with specific requirements for admission by the Commission on Higher Education (CHED) and the Supreme Court of the Philippines, for which purpose, he must present to the Registrar the necessary credential before the end of the enrollment period
The applicant must submit the following:
FRESHMEN
1.Original Transcript of Records;

If Transcript Of Records is not yet available, submit Certificate of Graduation

If the applicant is yet to graduate, submit Certificate of Candidacy
2. Certificate of Eligibility to take up law (CEL) duly issued by CHED;
3. Certificate if good moral character from two (2) persons;
4. Entrance exam results;
a. Requirements for entrance exams:

Photocopy of Good Moral Character from two (2) persons

Photocopy of Birth Certificate from NSO or from the Local Civil Registrar

I.D. picture (2” x 2”), 2 pieces
b. Entrance exam fee

c. Schedule of entrance exams:

Every Saturday, 10:00pm – 12:00nn & 2:00pm – 4:00pm
d. Procedure in applying for the entrance exams

Fill-out the entrance exam application form from the Dean’s Office of the College of Law (Ground Floor, Law Building) or at the SSC-R Information Center (near Recto Gate)

Pay entrance exam fee at the Cashier (Window 6 or 7)
-
Proceed to the College of Law Guidance Office (2nd Floor Law Building) and have your exam be scheduled
5. Original Birth Certificate from NSO or from the Local Civil Registrar; and
6. I.D. picture (2” x 2”), 4 pieces.

TRANSFEREES
1. Certificate of Transfer and/or Honorable Dismissal
2. Copy of scholastic records;
3. Entrance exam results;
a. Requirements for entrance exams:
- Photocopy of Scholastic Records from previous school
- Photocopy of Honorable Dismissal
- Photocopy of Good Moral Character from two (2) persons
- I.D. picture, (2” x 2”), 2 pieces
b .Entrance Exam Fee
- P500.00

- Same procedure as of the freshmen applicants

REFRESHER STUDENTS FOR OUR LEGAL ENHANCEMENT PROGRAM (L.E.P)

Acceptance of transferees shall be highly selective. No transferees shall be admitted unless he/she has passed the entrance examination and interviewed by the Dean or his representatives.
The student’s transcript of records must show an average of 77% or its equivalent.
A student is officially enrolled only if he has completely met all the requirements of registration and has paid in full or has made arrangements for paying on installment the tuition and matriculation fees for the entire semester.
No student enrolled in the College shall at the same time enroll in another school. Violation of this rule will automatically result in the cancellation of the student’s enrolment in the College.
The following students, old, new and transferees, are not eligible for admission or enrolment, if:

A student without the necessary credentials;

A student who has a record or irregular attendance or unsatisfactory conduct;

A student who has been dismissed or expelled from the College or from other schools; and
-
A student who fails to measure up to the academic standards of the College.
