a) 2 x 2 photo;
b) Birth Certificate;
c) Marriage Certificate (for female applicants, if applicable); and
d) Government Issued ID; and

Original or authenticated copies of your documents shall be submitted upon the lifting of the community quarantine.

Evaluation of Documents
Qualified applicants shall be notified by the Dean’s Office through email.

Down payment, at least Php 3,000.00 may be paid through our accredited banks such as METROBANK and BDO.

-Access your Student’s Access Modules at this link:

– Select your preferred subjects and schedules;
-Check your schedule of fees.

Confirmation of Enrollment

The following will be sent by the Registrar’s Office to the applicant through email:

– Confirmation of Enrollment;
-Official SSCR email account for online services of SSCR Manila;
-Electronic copy of the study load; and
-Scanned official receipt of payment
